Oyuky's Story
"Investing in Your Health Always Pays Off."
I am an Air Force veteran with a passion for fitness, nutrition, and overall health. I participated in three bodybuilding competitions and have specialized in resistance training for a little over two decades. Due to the pandemic gym lockdowns, I became an expert in training at home. Therefore, I specialize in home workouts. I create workout routines and programs using bodyweight, SpinGym, free weights, and all types of resistance bands.
I hold a Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH). In addition, I am an ISSA certified personal trainer and certified as a nutritionist coach by PN. During my MPH, I became aware of the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle to prevent chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, some types of cancers, anxiety, and depression.
My best friend passed away from COVID-19 due to pre-existing conditions that could’ve been prevented with a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, more than ever I am following my true passion and using my God-given talents to motivate and encourage the world to achieve everlasting health using mindset, healthy nutrition, and physical activity.

Oyuky is not just a face on the screen delivering ‘content’ – so many coaches just have an upload and a follow me approach with not interaction or feedback. This is NOT the Oyuky approach. Coach O can connect directly through the sessions on Zoom, but also provide feedback through the App. Coach O is also a great source of information and provided many downloadable resources to enhance ones learning and understanding around fitness and health.

The Everfit App is a good platform that enables the end-user, me, to receive the workouts, interact with my coach, receive additional information and advice on a range of related health and fitness components. The App also enabled me to record my food diary, that was also accessible for feedback from Coach Oyuky.
